How OpenAstra handles account and workspace information.
Data we store
We store your account email, authentication details through Supabase, workspace names and repository URLs, task instructions, generated text files, execution logs, results, automations, credit balances, subscription references, and messages submitted through our contact form.
Services involved in a task
Supabase provides authentication and storage. Vercel provides hosting, isolated task sandboxes, and AI Gateway. Task instructions and relevant code or command outputs are sent to the selected AI model provider to perform your task. Do not submit secrets or code you are not authorized to share.
Access and retention
Workspace data is private to your account and remains available in your task history. Sandboxes stop after tasks finish. Operational administrators can access data when needed to operate or support the service. Contact us to request an export or account deletion.
Payments and contact
When paid billing is enabled, Stripe processes payment information. OpenAstra stores customer, subscription, and verified invoice references, not full card numbers. Submit privacy requests through the contact page.
